Orange mobile Company Sierra Leone, the leading telecommunications network in the country, has on Monday 30th September 2024 launched a new brand logo called “Orange Is Here”.
The event was held at their headquarter office at Hill Station in Freetown.
This logo goes with three of their values which include Care, Responsibility and Bold.
During the launching ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer Orange Sierra Leone Sekou Amadou Bah in his statement said it was a special day for them as a Company, adding that ‘Orange is here’ for their customers and all stakeholders that are interacting with them.
CEO Bah furthered that they always have a brand signature that is in line with their commitment, adding that it was a proud and exciting moment as they pulled out their brand new signature.
He furthered that the company always tried to go beyond telecom provider as they provide innovation to their customers.
He added that Orange is here to stay with total commitment for everyone, stating that what they say is what they do and what they do is what they say.
Mr. Bah further noted that the company was opening new avenues to improve on the services for their customers and also embracing change in collaboration to grow.
Orange CEO Bah said with this new logo, they are committed to three values which are Care, Responsible and Bold.
He explained that in the area of Care, they are committed to offering the best to their customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
He further explained in terms of Responsibility that the company keep their promise, act responsible and speak the truth.
He said interms of Bold, the company is ambitious and takes the initiative to seize the opportunity and open new avenues for their customers.
CEO furthered that they were ready to bring the best of digital to the economy, adding that this new brand signature aligns with the culture of caring, responsible and bold.
Mr Bah continued that this was the brand signature that they have been waiting for, adding that Orange mobile Company has always been known to satisfy their customers in the best way.
He said their dedicated team are working tirelessly to ensure that they can deliver the best to their customers satisfaction.
He expressed gratitude to customers and stakeholders for continuous trust in the company brand.
He furthered that their commitment branding is to live the future together.
The Head of Communications, Brand and Sponsorship, Philip Emeh said the new Brand signature perception has clearly shown what they are.
He said given the perceptions of who they are as a company including Care, responsibility and boldness, adding that If their customers do not perceive them to be bold, responsible and caring, they were not be able to achieve their expectations as a company.
Alpha Bundu, Customer Experience Director Orange Sierra Leone in his statement expressed excitement to the launch of their new product.
He furthered that they were at a pivotal point in the journey as a company, adding that caring means everyone is together.
He said they wanted their customers to know that, they shared their pains and they were waiting assiduously to curb the prevailing challenges.
He continued that “Max it” would bring everything in one place, adding that they have the best technology in Sierra Leone.
He said they were working very hard to perfect everything concerning the company.
