Freetown, Sierra Leone – The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced the formation of an Ad-Hoc Transition Committee tasked with overseeing a smooth handover process following the recent executive elections.
The decision was made during the newly elected Executive Committee’s first official meeting on August 5, 2025. The committee, which begins work on August 8 and serves until August 22, will coordinate closely with SLFA leadership and key stakeholders to manage the transition effectively.
Chaired by Dr. Isaac Massaquoi, the committee includes Mr. Sirajin Munirr Rollings Kamara as Vice Chairman, Mr. George Moore, Madam Isha Bawoh Esq., Mr. Mans Davies, and Mr. Tanu Jalloh, who will serve as Secretary.
SLFA President Babadi Kamara emphasized the committee’s role in promoting transparency, accountability, and continuity within the association’s governance. The administration described the initiative as a vital step toward strengthening institutional professionalism and setting a solid foundation for the future of football in Sierra Leone.
