When you do not pray, you do not intervene or modify events that take place in the spirit realm.
Spiritual beings and spiritual events cause things to take place in the natural. In the book of Revelation you will see how seals were opened, trumpets were blown and bowls were emptied onto the earth. Each seal that was opened and each trumpet that was blown triggered events on earth.
When you pray, you enter the spirit realm and affect what is going on there. He that speaks in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men but in the spirit (realm) he speaks mysteries. In other words, prayer is operating in the spirit realm.
Read it for yourself and you will see how the removal of spiritual seals in the spirit realm triggered off the major events in our physical world. White, black, red and pale horses began cantering in the spirit bringing about major changes on earth. Every time you pray, you are doing something spiritual! When you pray, you are interrupting spiritual events and affecting what happens in the spirit realm.
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.”

PRAYER SECTION
1. I withdraw my spirit man, from the journey into waywardness and perdition, in the name of Jesus.
2. Every defilement, that has weakened my spiritual strength and stamina, be purged by the blood of Jesus.
3. Every spirit of Uzzaiah, that has sent me into deep slumber, die now, in the name of Jesus.
4. I challenge, the foundation of my destiny with the fire of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus.
5. O God arise, and deliver my destiny from the foundation of failure, in the name of Jesus.
6. Every inherited foundation, that has turned my destiny into failure, be corrected by fire, in the name of Jesus.
7. Any power, planted around me to draw me away from my destiny, disappear by fire, in the name of Jesus.
8. O Lord, let my destiny live and let the devil in me die; in Jesus’ name.
9. O God of Elijah, repair the engine of my destiny, in the name of Jesus.
10. O Lord, restore my destiny authority, in the name of Jesus.
11. O Lord, save me from every destiny killer, in the name of Jesus.
12. O Lord, touch me with Your finger of fire, in the name of Jesus.
