Freetown — The Judiciary of Sierra Leone held a solemn memorial session in honour of the late Honourable Justice Dr. Abou Bhakarr Binneh-Kamara, a respected Judge of the Court of Appeal who passed away recently.
Chief Justice Komba Kamanda led the proceedings, paying tribute to Justice Binneh-Kamara’s invaluable service to the legal profession and national development. Addressing mourners, the Chief Justice described the event as part of a long-standing judicial tradition of honouring distinguished colleagues.
He expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, noting that the judge’s passing is a powerful reminder of life’s fragility.
