As he continues his tour of the United States, APC presidential Candidate, Dr Samura Kamara has visited the pro-democracy think tank, the Carter Center to make a presentation on the importance of Carter Center Observer Missions for general elections in Africa.
Based in Atlanta Georgia, the Carter Center helps to improve lives by resolving conflicts; advancing democracy around the world.
Dr Samura Kamara’s visit to the Carter Center is part of his strategic engagements to share his vision and his resolve to lead Sierra Leone on sound democratic principles.
