Confideration of Ex_pupils Association of Secondary School (CEEPASS) on Saturday 18th May 2024 celebrated their second anniversary with the Theme “The school the pupils and the community”
The event was held at the YWCA hall Brookfields Freetown.
CEEPASS is an organization comprises of different ex pupils secondary school associations and was founded on the 19th May 2022 by some of its members.
The association comprises of over 16 secondary schools Ex pupils associations across the country including the Sierra Leone grammar school,the Annie walse memorial school, Bishop Johnson secondary school etc.
The president of the association Samuella Pricilla King in her statement said the event was to celebrate there second anniversary with selected topic burning on issue in the society.
She said this year’s celebration looks at the school, the community and the pupils who have been a primarily key challenge iaffecting the society ; adding that they are also looking forward to have a meeting with the Minister of Education to see how some of this challenges can be resolved.
In conclusion she called on the ministry of Basic Education, SLTU and other stakeholders to work together on how they can tackle and put things in place for the development of not only the organization but the country.
