BY Feima Sesay Pastor Joseph Abu Marsh has on Wednesday 5th August 2020, been issued a bench warrant by Magistrate Hannah Bonnie of Court No.1 on Pademba Road for wounding a Military Warrant Class ii and with Force Number 18164003 Elvis Daniel Morgan attached to 11 battalion Kambia districts for failing to appear in court. The accused Pastor Joseph Abu Marsh is charged with a count of wounding contrary to Section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861.According to the charge sheet the accused Pastor Joseph Abu Marsh on Wednesday 8th April 2020, at No.1 Regent Road Lumley maliciously wounded RSLAF 18164003 Elvis Daniel Morgan.ASP Ibrahim Sheik Mansaray is Prosecuting the matter. Matter adjourned to the 10th August 2020
