The National Chairman of Sierra Leone’s main opposition All People’s Congress (APC), MinkailuMansaray has intimated that his party will not subdue to any plea from the ruling Government unless their demands are met.
The National Chairman said his party is still calling on the release of the disaggregated data by polling stations.
He said they will continue their boycott of government and governance. Mansaray said they will only negotiate with the SLPP after an independent investigation into the June 24 elections.
The main opposition refused to accept results released by the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone (ECSL) on the 24 June multitier election. The results saw the incumbent Julius Maada Bio winning the first round and the APC losing seats in their strongholds.
