Abu Bakarr Turay, the CEO & founder managing partner for Turay and co. Solicitors law Firm who doubles also as the CEO of KME records entertainment, has declared to run for the Vice president of the Sierra Leone Bar Association.
The Sierra Leone Bar Association primarily dealing with issues affecting the legal profession and furthering the best interest of lawyers, on an interview with him on the 19th April 2024 at his Law Firm in Freetown, according to Abu Bakarr Turay, his role as an experienced lawyer will bring a peaceful and unifying relationship among colleagues.
He furthered that he stands with hope and unyielding commitment as he declared his candidacy for the position of Vice president to change the narrative and perspective of colleagues.
“In the Bar Association and with a clear vision, I am commited to elevating standards and empowering colleague legal practitioners and promoting their welfare,” Lawyer Abu Bakarr Turay noted.
He also said that there could not be into any leadership without a vision and the very essence in leadership, he added, is that you should have a vision – a vision that is articulated clearly.
Mr Abu Bakarr Turay outlined concrete plans to raise the standards within the legal profession.
Abu Bakarr Turay humbly applead for support from his colleagues in the Sierra Leone bar association (SLBA) thereby promising to build upon a progressive leadership and lead the association towards a future where it serves as a beacon of hope, positive change and justice for all.
