S/Leonean Philanthropist Honoured In UK
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Living Health and Education Fatima Mansaray has been honoured by the Greenwich Borough in the United Kingdom(UK) for  her distinguished contribution in combating Covid-19.
Mrs Mansaray`s efforts stem from her selfless service rendered during the peak of the pandemic and her work has not gone unnoticed by the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
 Her work involves the donation of several items from the Royal Greenwich Community Hub to Covid-19 isolation centres across the country.
“Fatima has dedicated her free time to delivering food parcels from the Royal Greenwich Community hub, toiletries, prescriptions and shopping. She made a huge difference to the lives of those who are shielding and in Isolation†The Royal Borough of Greenwich acknowledged.
The items donated include toiletries, medical prescriptions and shopping items to some of the people that are shielding and in isolation centres.
Madam Mansaray has showed much interest in supporting isolated communities from the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic and through her dedicated work she has delivered several items through her foundation.
The CEO has been supporting different isolated communities in Africa including her country of birth Sierra Leone; where she Launched Living Health and Education foundation.
The main aim of this organization is to make sure that every individual has right to access health facilities such as medication, have access to clean water and good toilet facilities.
Madam fatima has been working tremendously in making sure that disadvantaged individuals have access to such facilities with the help of her foundation.
The foundation has been supporting immensely in Sierra Leone by building some facilities such as bore holes water supply, providing toilet facilities, and other related items.
The foundation has also been working with other organizations by making sure that they provide a favourable environment for isolated communities across Africa.
