Sierra Leone’s Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has announced the sale of three properties through a private treaty process, inviting sealed bids from interested buyers by April 3, 2026.

In a public notice issued on Wednesday, the commission said the properties include a fully furnished four-storey building at No. 8 Cemetery Road, off Peninsula Road in Ogoo Farm in the Western Area; an unfurnished two-storey building at Black Johnson, also off Peninsula Road; and an incomplete two-storey structure located in Bo in the country’s Southern Province.
The ACC said all sales will be conducted through private bids, with prospective buyers required to submit sealed offers detailing their proposed price, contingencies and the specific property of interest to the Office of the Commissioner at Integrity House in Freetown.

“All bids will be reviewed and successful bidders will be notified accordingly,” the commission said, adding that the properties will be sold on an “as-is” basis without any warranties.
The agency encouraged interested parties to inspect the properties within 14 days of the notice by arranging site visits.
The sale forms part of the commission’s mandate to dispose of assets, though it did not provide further details on the origin of the properties.
