Three Appeals Court Judges; Justice John Bosco Alieu , Justice Momoh Jah Steven and Justice Tonia Barnett have on Thursday 6 March, 2025 adjourned the matter between Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray and the State for a Month .
This decision came after Mr Mansaray”s lawyers filed an appeal before the Court pending on the judgement given by Justice Samuel Taylor against him.
Shortly after the case was mentioned, the appellant lawyer Musa Pious Sesay informed the Judges that the surety who stands for his client is sick and she is presently out of the jurisdiction.
He explained that the medical report of the surety Madam Isha was sent to his phone through Whatsapp.
State Lawyer , Yusuf Isaac Sesay urged the Court for the surety to be in Court to explain why the appellant was not in court but also should be able to tell the Court whether she no longer wants to be a surety and to pay the said amount writing in the bail bond.
